MyAPI provides cloud-based API services including but not limited to data processing, authentication services, and real-time analytics. Our services are designed to help developers and businesses integrate powerful functionality into their applications.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Using our services to transmit malicious code or spam
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5. API Usage and Rate Limits
Your use of our APIs is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service suspension or additional charges.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paddle. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We provide Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on your subscription plan.
8. Limitation of Liability
MyAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service notifications.
